It’s week 4 of parkour where our kids will explore foundational parkour movements inspired by Flow Academy’s progressive approach. Each session balances skill practice with games to build strength, agility, and fluid movement. Starting with basics like landing and balance, moving into vaults and climbing techniques, then rolls and flow sequences. The final week of term culminates in a visit to a bounce where they can put some of their skills to the test.
